Business analysis
I sort out requirements and processes before any code is written. I help decide what is worth building now and what can wait.
Personal site · Warsaw
I advise on business analysis, software design and engineering team leadership.
Founder and CEO of voxDeveloper — CRM for property developers.
Scope
I sort out requirements and processes before any code is written. I help decide what is worth building now and what can wait.
Architecture, data models, integrations with external systems. I weigh every solution against what it will cost to maintain in the years ahead.
Organising development and support teams: release rhythm, priorities, measuring outcomes, dividing responsibility.
About
I am the founder and CEO of the company behind voxDeveloper CRM — a SaaS system used day to day by several hundred property development companies in Poland.
Since 2005 I have been building software for the real-estate market with my team, shaped around changing regulation and how developers actually sell. My background is in both computer science and economics, so in projects I pair the technical side with an understanding of the client's business processes.
This site covers my advisory work. For the system itself, see voxDeveloper — CRM for property developers.
